Why did I recive my order with masking on the parts?
What type of files do you accept?
How are order shipped?
Q. Why did I recive my order with masking on the parts?
A. Whenever possable we leave the protective masking on the finished product. This avoids surface damage during shipping.
Q. What type of files do you accept?
A. We accept Adobe Illustrator , Corel Draw, PDF, DXF and EPS. files. All files should be in vector format converted to a graphic. Do not send any files with embeded fonts.
The file should also contain descriptive text with the details of the order. Click here for an example.
Q. How are order shipped?
A. We ship orders by the safest and most economical means. Customers can request expedited shipment options at additional costs.
