About Us
New Wave Acrylics Inc. is a company devoted to the quality fabrication of acrylic and other types of plastic such as polycarbonate, PVC, PET-G, ABS, and HDPE. We are a complete fabrication facility. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, machining, threading, plastic welding, bonding, polishing, laser cutting,screen printing, painting, laser etching, and CNC Routing.
We work with both small and large companies to design, develop and produce custom plastic products including acrylic sign holders, acrylic letters, acrylic awards, ADA signs, pop display stands, brochure holders, dimensional letters, laser cut parts and more from start to finish. Most of our clients come to us with just an idea in their heads or a rough sketch. From there, we develop a prototype for their approval. Once all the necessary modifications have been made, the prototype moves to production. At this point, we produce anywhere from 10 to 10,000 units, with most orders averaging 50 to 500 units.
Some of our commonly fabricated products include Point of Purchase (POP) display stands, dimensional letters, brochure holders, ADA signs, sign holders, acrylic letters, acrylic awards, showcases, bulk food dispensers, plastic jewelry displays, aquariums, machine guards, bubble walls and signage.
